This place smells horrible and is very unclean. I went to see my mother she lost so much weight she looked like a skeleton. I was told she received monthly visits from doctor and dentist. I went to see her and had to take her to the emergency room because she could not eat and no one noticed that she could not eat during these monthly viisits. The doctor in ER noticed a mass on her tongue in 5 minutes, she then had a cat scan to confirm . She was then scheduled to see Ear Nose and throat doctor on Monday to find out she has stage 4 cancer. Her hair was long until it had to be cut since no one assisted her with hair brushing she had her hair so tangled we had no choice but to cut it.

There's no one to contact when the owner is gone! The phone rings & rings & no one picks up! My sister is mentally ill & there are times I need to check on her after visiting hours which are up at 5 pm!
