I am becoming a veteran of parents with dementia and assisted Living. So when I tell you this is the BEST possible place you can believe it!It comes down to people and Cranberry has the most caring & thoughtful I have ever met. They are professional and personal, a tough job for many to accomplish.This includes management and right down the line to aides. You will not regret placing your loved one here. No this is not a plant I am a real person with a real mom currently residing here.

The design of the facility is very nice. My mom has been here for a few months now and has nothing but good things to say about the staff and the other people who live there. Every time I stop in to visit I am always greeted by staff and never have an issue finding someone when my mom needs something. That was what really made up my mind between here and a few other places we visited.

The facility is beautiful however the owners, treat the staff and residents poorly.

My sister needed the memory care but after less than two weeks she became aggressive so they sent her to the hospital. Hospital told us there is no medication in her system. What? Wouldn't even take her back, thank God. NEVER happened again at new place

Had a bad experience with another local assisted living so I moved my mom in here. I was nervous about the change but they have done great. Mom is now participating in events and not just sitting and eating in her room all day. Jordan has helped us out a lot and made this move so much easier.
