Ive been working here for over a year and I love it. As the Life Enrichment Director, my focus is the residents and their happiness. The management team as a whole is resident care focused and we focus on having a positive environment for residents, staff, and resident families. There is continuing education to keep staff trained.

Absolutely awful place to work. Worked here for many years. The old owners were kind and generous. When baruch senior ministries took over it declined considerably. Bed bugs galore. Staff dirced to work 16 hr shifts sometimes 4 days a week. Management horrible. Enjoys bullying staff and residents. This place should be closed down.
