I had heard great things about the Inn at Freedom Village but after what I experienced with loved one I will never say a kind word about this place ever again. The lack of care and treatment was appalling. Out of a total of 10 day, only 1 day of therapy. Left on a bedpan for over 1 hour. No response to the call nurse button resulting in accidents. If I could 0 stars it would be 2 stars too many. Avoid at all costs. The new corporate owners of Freedom Village only care about the bottom line.

My mother as well as my grand father received excellent care at The Inn at Freedom Village Holland. The food was fantastic, therapy excellent and the stay very pleasant. The new Private Rooms in Skilled Nursing are beautiful with flat screen TV's and private bathrooms, free wifi, ipads for patient use if desired. The caring staff and staffing ratios are most impressive. The entire community is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and the care is 5 star in my opinion! Thank you for all you do to provide a beautiful rehabilitation environment for our area seniors!
