Very difficult to have my dad reside in the skilled nursing facility at Hallmark Living (formerly Heartland of Holland) for over 3 years. The turn over of staff is outrageous, not to mention the lack of staff to care for the residents during weekends and night shifts. My dad was not provided the best care and I moved him to another facility in Holland. I don't blame the staff that are directly involved with caring for the patients/residents. It is the fault of overseeing management. It is a sad, depressing and unfit place for anyone to live their life or last days in my personal option. I would not recommend this place.
