Update 8/22/19: The manager returned my call and was appropriately concerned about the situation. I'd still be wary about a possible widespread infestation.Original post: I bought a couch from a lady in one of the Center City apartments. She forgot to mention the couch was infested with bedbugs. I tried to contact the manager but she never responded to my voicemail. Beware if you are looking to rent here.
