Michelle is a huge resource for families trying to figure out the best plan of care for their loved ones. She has first hand knowledge about nearly every facility for elders in West Michigan and provides solid, concise information. I used Michelle for a sounding board and a resource for both of my parents and frankly I don't think I could have done it without her.

We are thankful for the help Michelle provided to our family in trying to find a place of care for my dementia mother. She didn't hesitate to throw her energy & effort into it, in spite of the fact that there were some limiting factors in finding placement, & ultimately our family decided to move mom back to WA State. I would not hesitate to suggest to others to use her services. She was very engaged, interested, & again, worked very hard to find us a solution & for that we are thankful.
