This is the best place I have ever worked! This is the second Trilogy Senior Living Community I have worked at. The way the company cares for the residents and staff is just incredible. It's no wonder the CEO, Randy Bufford, has been ranked one of the most beloved CEOs according to Glassdoor. The managers at The Oaks have a can do attitude and really lead by example. I am proud to be employed at The Oaks at Cascade and excited for the residents who have the opportunity to live at the best senior living provider of the midwest!

The people are not treated very well, NO AIR CONDITIONING OR EVEN FANS, staff is rude and unprofessional, if there was negative stars I would give that.
