Stone Crest Assisted Living

They take excellent care of my mother-in-law. They are so friendly.

I am appalled at reading Rebecca Fountain's review, since in the 5 months her family member was there, they did not have family visit that I am aware of. The family member she is referring to, actually became part of our extended family, as we go and visit our family member daily. We took her family member to church, ate meals with them and did activities with them. And the family member she is referring to, told us they did not have any family!!! We are at the facility every day and they are the most awesome group of workers I have ever encountered. I am a retired Long Term Care Insurance Agent. Over the 25 years I sold Insurance, I would visit the facilities to see how they were run and cost, etc. At Stone Crest Assisted Living, I have never encountered a bad worker ever. The whole team that works there are professional, caring, loving and do an awesome job taking care of the residence and provide a loving fun place to live with many fun activities and church services. We just attended their Christmas Dinner and celebration that was put on for all the residence and family, it was over the top! They really go all out for everything they do for not only the residence, but the family members as well. On a scale of one to ten, with ten being the best I would rate them an eleven. It is a home environment, not a facility environment. The whole building is one big family, employees as well. They care a lot for everyone there and work really hard to take care of everyone. (Likewise I would also give them a 10 star rating!)

Be very careful when looking into this home for a loved one. I will NEVER place another family member of mine in their home. They a careless people. My uncle who had been in their care for just about 5 months, passed away while in their care, and which at time he was NOT sick. The staff waited hours after he passed to contact family and notify us.we also have been given several different stories as to what happened to him .They still refuse to give us his belongings. But while in their care, there were many times he was miss treated and not tended to for 45 mins or longer. I would not TRUST this home to watch over a lovrd one. Be careful and look for signs

Stone Crest Assisted Living is a beautiful facility. It is very nicely decorated and has a very comfortable atmosphere. Virginia is so helpful and caring, and it really shows through with her interactions with the residents. She made me feel at ease with the tough decision of having to put a loved one in an assisted living facility, and I knew I had made the right choice in care. I give my highest recommendation to Stone Crest! Thank you Virginia and staff for all your compassion and care you provide.
