Amazing and caring people!

Covenant glen of frankenmuth is an absolutely fantastic place. Resident care is exceptional. my nana was here for almost 2 years and she loved all her 'girls'. She was very fond of Andrea, the Executive Director. Andrea took the time to really understand my nana, what her wants and needs were, and how the facility could help her be as comfortable as possible. All the staff knew my nana by name, spoke to her about her children and great grandchildren by name. The kitchen always took care to cater to my nana's picky tastes, and always had cookies when the great grandkids would visit. They even threw her a small birthday party, complete with a personalized cake and the staff and residents all sang to her, she said it made her feel very special and loved. The entire facility is in pristine condition, from the grounds straight down to the floorboards. Al, the maintenance man, was very kind to nana and never seemed bothered by her many requests for temperature changes and other things of the like. All in all, it's a wonderful place and I would absolutely trust Andrea and her staff to care for any family member I have. I cannot say thank you enough for everything they do every day.
