The staff is kind and courteous and have been very helpful with any question or concern I have had. The housekeeping staff my Mom has is excellent and so sweet and caring to all her needs. In all there are no perfect situations for as many residents that live in one location, and trying to please everyone is nearly impossible but, I feel this is a very nice place and my Mom is happy there and thats what matters .
