This one star is actually pretty generous. If you are interested in being part of your loved one's care in terms of communication this is not the place for you. The right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing! The COVID-19 already makes things very hard but the staff makes zero attempt to reciprocate a loved one's attempt to know more about their family member's care.
