ABYSSMAL staff treatment. Understaffed and staff are more like indentured servants, working half days without ANY breaks! It doesn't take a genius to recognize how unethical and unsafe this can be for the health of the staff. Who is this retirement home for? The elderly or the workers? Upper management is a joke. I wouldn't hesitate to push legal action against the bosses running this place!

This place was a total dissapointment for our loved one. I was so sad to see the conditions when I would just stop in to visit. I had to ask staff to change my loved ones soiled undergarments. The quality of care was disgusting. The blond older lady 'manager' at the desk was very rude every time I would visit at the dementia wing. I would never recommend watching a loved one suffer and die here!
