I work at a doctors office and a cna brought an elderly patient in for a visit. She did not have any of the paperwork filled out and did not know ANYTHING about the patient. She didn't even know why he was being seen! She was rude and had absolutely no interaction with him... I feel it is the homes responsibility to send competent and caring workers who have all the history and information we need. It's very sad to me and I would definitely not be comfortable if any of my family members were cared for in this manner!
