I oversee my sisters care in this facility, as I am her legal guardian. I recently was treated horribly by one of the executive managers overseeing the staff of these homes. I was dismissed and treated with hostility when advocating for the care that my sister needed, and it took me two months to get her The medical care that she needed.I am a professional social worker and I can only imagine that the treatment that I received was not singly an isolated incident. People in these homes are mentally ill and they need to be treated with gentle loving care. They really have no voice and less they have an advocate like me I can only imagine what goes on there.

Checks always wrong....they let the managers get away with everything. The company is just horrible
