NothingThey have done a remarkable job. We know our mother has been cared for and kept safe.April S. Is quite extraordinary in how she has dealt with all of this. She has continually kept us informed,answered every email promptly and was there this past Sunday to help bring my mother outside for only the second time since the pandemic hit.Melissa has been a constant source of communication for us and we really appreciate her going that extra mile to check up on our mother.Cant say enough good things about the Residence in Watertown,MA.Thank you so much.

The issue is not what more but how LCB can reassess what has been done. The social isolation is at a level where it has become more of a health risk than Covid 19. I feel strongly that on-site resident testing could mitigate the risk of allowing family and friends to return to your campuses. Please consider something soon...time is running out for many of your residences.

Excellent staff. Warm, friendly. Facility is in excellent shape. Family member has been living here for over a year. I'd highly recommend The Residence.
