Woodholme Gardens

My dad recently transitioned from independent living to Woodholme Gardens. The entire process has been professional, caring and an extremely positive experience. My father is feeling happy, safe and secure.The entire team have been simply outstanding. Special thanks to Tracey Watson and Laurie Delucia for overseeing and coordinating all details and putting things into motion. We did our due diligence when selecting the right place for our father. The reviews we had read for Woodholme always seemed to sing their praise. Now we understand why!

Liked being there they seem to have organizations here.

I would never put my love on here EVER they are letting all the good workers go and letting the staff stay that don't care about the residents for one that Nurse Jackie is the worst nurse i have ever seen in my life i was there one day the carestaff call her over the walkie that they used it took her 20 minutes to come up then when she did come she had a very bad attuide the company dose not care that they are losing the best nurse what is Ann-Marie the company has already let one good nurse go Kristy i have came there and walk on the floor and saw the carestaff on phones sitting on top of the counter not paying the Residents any mind at all they are not giving the right care the company is letting the wrong once's go the one's that need to go yall keep. that Stacy needs to go she don't care about her staff at all. The Mangers you have there now all have a smile greet the reason with a smile always help out far as i can see yes i am going name these young ladies cause they are doing a good job with the Residents better then you carestaff and that is a shame i pray and hope i dont get these young ladies in any trouble but they love and care for the residents when i call or need help with anyting and if any of these ladies are around they drop what ever they doing and help. Danielle, Ashley, Crystal, Doarh, Kia , and the Memory Care Director i can't remeber her name but they are the best in that place. that young lady that works as the Med Tec on the 4th floor is very nasty Travvona i belive that is her name always nasty attduide i hope they new ED can fix that place

I have a family member that lives here it is a very nice place she loves it there but some times there is not enough staff to help out besides that my family member loves the Entertainment that the activity person put together the trips, the word games tells me all the time that the activity lady is always nice to her come get her for all the fun stuff lol the only thing that i say can be a little better is the care staff some of them are not very nice at all never speaks or have a smile on the face very hard to talk to the ED when we do have one i the building i hope that company can have more of a nicer carestaff

Woodholme is by far the worst company to have your loved one come to. Number 1. Staff are rude and disrespectful. Management team horrible. Stacie executive director doesnt care for the well being of the residents in facility. Staff change so much that my loved one is not receiving the care they are supposed to. They fired one the best staff nurse I believe her name was laketia who basically ran the building and advocated what was best for the residents. Losing her was the worst thing thins company could have ever done. Whats best for the residents management nor staff cares. Care Staff speak to residents as if they are children. There is a lot of abuse and neglect going on in here. Jackie is one of the worst nurses in this building. Shes basically never on the clock. Shes not helpful at all, just a waste to the company. Speaking with staff we were told that she is one of the nurses that doesnt help or assist with staff or of any assistance to family as her attitude is horrible at all times. The morning shift nurse Kristy runs around doing everyones job with no problem. She helps staff and family with open arms. Never have Ive gotten an attitude or felt disrespected by her. This facility needs more like her. More of her character would put family at ease. DON Anne isnt the best when it come to calling back but she handles what needs to be handled. I believe if she had more support from management this company would be great. Linda in marketing is selling but what really goes on she doesnt say. My loved one was neglected for hours as I was told by Linda that the floors are always fully staffed but staff always end up working short. DONT BRING your LOVED one here for nothing but the worst will happened.
