Never judge a book by its cover. Brightview, with all of its many appealing amenities is not what it appears to be. Before placing your loved ones with them, be sure to ask them about their policy on discharging people who fall and break a limb. That's when the pretty princess turns into a frog. Get all your questions answered in writing.

Great staff! Friendly residents, comfortable apartments.

My mother has been a resident at Brightview White Marsh since July 2019. We could not be more pleased. The facility is clean, my mom loves the food and the staff could not be more kind and caring. My mom has taken quite a few falls (she has Parkinsons Disease), and I have witnessed staff coming from the second floor to check on her once they heard she had fallen. They all seem to go above and beyond. As for the actvities, they are awesome!! There are many things going on every day, and the special events are exceptional. I just attended a wonderful Veterans Day ceremony there and just last week they had a USO dance and special dinner that my mom loved! They use the word 'community' when talking at Brightview, and it truly is. I have seen residents really looking out for their friends when they aren't feeling well. It is very touching. I also know that after comparing the price to other facilities, Brightview White Marsh is very fairly priced. We are very pleased with everything and feel it was an excellent choice for my mom.
