the staff is really rude I called to get information about availability and latisha Collins said no one is here and we dont have room to fit nomore kids she should be ashamed of herself and I called the other house to see if they had room I didnt get no answer this place is a worst nightmare you wouldnt want your family member to live here and I have an aunt thats in there now and we about to take her out I calls to check on her I gets no answer they let it ring constantly this place is horrible please dont take your family member here this place somewhere they shouldnt be spending the rest of their lives at they keep their depends on longer then they should they just lazy rate a 0 and I will be taking further action -unprofessional
