It has only been a month since my father has been here and the experience is quite bad. Nurses answer call bells maybe 2 hours from when someone hits their bell. Therapy department only wants to work with who they want to work with. The unit manager for a-wing never returns calls back or do what she says she is going to do. I have caught this place in too many lies. You call to ask for a unit manager they tell you they are out for the day but i went it that same day just to see the unit manager was there the whole time. When you walk in you see all the nurses sitting there laughing and gossiping to each other instead of answering call bells. These nurses are untrained they don't even know how to change a catheter. Idk where these people are getting 5 star ratings for because this place does not deserve it all at.

Brother was here for reba due to stroke. This part of center who worked with him was great. The rest of facility was nasty smelled all the time . Did nt take care patients. Didnt answer bells.. my brother feel out wheel chair few times n his bed. Until i raised cane... showrd up fiffernt shifts all tge same
