Doctors Community Rehabilitation and Patient Care Center

My daughter was there for 6 months and it started out very good. Then it started going to hell. We didnt know that if she stopped progressing with her PT her insurance would stop. She went to PT and the guy in charge yelled at her in front of other patients asking her why she was there because she didnt have any insurance. One day it took 5 minutes for the aids to stop talking about a party before they even acknowledged I was there. My daughter had rang for a nurse to change and clean her up for a hour before I got there. I could go on but it is making me mad. All I can say is dont put your loved ones in this place without going to check on them daily.

I went to another rehab facility first and it wasn't what I expected. I called over here and was transferred thank God for Donna Atkinson (admissions director ) who was able to get me in the facility, her assistant Brittany was also excellent. When I walked in the door the atmosphere was refreshing I was processed for my stay, everyone that came across my path was beautiful. The staff was excellent in receiving me. I also like to point out how good the food is here! Special thanks to Kiondra,Chi Chi, Elizabeth and the rest of the 100 unit staff. Also special thanks to my aides Tabatha, Claudia ,Josephine and Rose they were excellent! I can't remember all names but thank you to everyone who helped with my journey in nursing. I had the best rehab team Vivian, Matt, Will, Sherry and Tristan.Overall my stay was awesome. I'm finally on my feet and walking. I thank God for Erin in guest services she pitched in helped whenever the staff needed help or was challenged. Thank God for everyone I couldn't think of that played a great part in my life.

I enjoyed every bit of my stay. The staff here was very nice and helpful!

My stay was good once I found out the system. In order to appreciate a place you have to know how the business operate. Food service choices was excellent. Overall this would be a facility I recommend to anyone

My experience been very helpful,kind and friendly. All the nurses that worked with me were excellent. They all treated me so nice and helped made my day. The team was very social and made me feel good about choosing the facility .
