Just Terrible my mother was giving food that looks like a molded sandwich

Fabulous care for both of my parents, especially in the nursing level - where it really counts!

Please do Not send your love one to the Augsburg nursing home. My mom was there for two days we had to take her out of there . We saw mice running to different patients rooms and the care for my mom was awful. My mom is a total care patient with a pegtube. The nurse did not give her water flush when it was due and when I inquired about it a hour n a half had already gone pass and I was told the nurse was on her lunch break. The attitudes of the staff was the worst I have seen at any facility. I myself am a patient care technician at the hospital and the care my mother received was horrible. They were not repositioning my mom on changing her because she is in continent. As I speak transportation is on the way to bring her back home . Please do Not put your love one in this place I wouldnt have treated a dog the way this place treated my mom. The reviews rated them for four stars I guess they were paid or maybe it was staff that gave this rating . I would rate them at a zero .

Very pretty, bucolic even. Buildings well maintained, and staff are nice.
