I have worked for many senior living companies and I can not express the gratitude I have to have been given the opportunity to work for this company. Its truly an honor and a privilege to work here. Not just anyone can wear the Thrive Jersey and this is what I love most about Thrive! Team members are not just their resumes they are selected mainly on who they are as a person. You can teach anyone how to do things, but you cant teach someone love and compassion.
