My aunt and uncle were staying at the Dogwood court facility for approx 4 months July - Nov 1, 2018 at $7200 a month. I took them out for the following reasons.1) To me there is not a good evacuation plan for the wheelchair patient's if a fire or any emergency would happen. The ownerless has to come from their home to carry them down the steps.2) majority of the time there was only 1 person taking care of 5 patients (3 unable to do for themselves)3) meals were not balanced. Majority of the time no vegetables/ meat a lot of carbs and both have diabetes ( 80 cans were dropped off by me when they moved in so no excuses)4) cleanliness /smell 5) my uncle lost 60 pounds and went from walking to a wheelchair (verified by his medical records) once he arrived at his current location.I did have a state case worker come in on 29th Oct 2018 and he moved into the new facility 1 Nov 2018Basically this facility was not a good fit for them so they were taken out. In all fairness this happened over a year ago and they were made aware of my concerns and may have addressed them.
