Forestville Healthcare Center

My daughter stayed here for five days ok so when she came home some of her clothes was missing as well as her pad she had she was skin and bones like they didn't feed her at all and didn't give her the medicine she takes everyday and then she had a bad rash on her bottom and then to top it off they sent the wrong person medicine with her I will never use this place again and then they lied and said the would look for her stuff it don't no since how they treat people but GOD got it all in his hands

If I could give no stars I would. The GNA nurses disappear from 8-12 every night. No one to be found but then pops up when its time for them to leave. Its ridiculous that residents have to sit in their stools for hours and page for help and no one shows. The directors I've spoken to seems sincere and concerned its just the GNAs that need to get on board.

Good place nice people and staff

I cant speak on the functionally among the professionals who DOES their job! However Im going to speak on the behalf of the poor hospitality here! My uncle has been admitted here twice before some time awhile ago.. and now hes there as im typing this! My aunt been away from her husband for sometime now and him being in the rehab, my aunt will make time out her busy day to cook for my uncle by bringing him a warm plate of a home cooked meal because he really dont like to eat the food thats provided there. But to think that the food my aunt makes for HER husband to be getting eaten is ludicrous! And so disrespectful I will like to know who would do such a thing to a sick man? Things like this needs to be reported to her whomever fired because thats unacceptable! My aunt will be getting this farther investigated to prevent this happening to other families! We send our loved ones there for a reason to get help for our family memebers. But when stuff like this happens definitely needs to be addressed!
