If you're looking for the ultimate place that provides the finest care for your loved one, Master's Haven is the right facility! My mother-in-law has received the best care since we transferred her here from another facility. Mary, the owner, believes that patients come first, and she doesn't tolerate staff members who aren't dedicated to that policy. The facility is always pristine and I can leave in peace knowing my loved one is in good hands.

I use to work there before it switched to Master Haven and the previous owner was wonderful, activities, hair stylist, wonderful food residents always happy, cleaning, Then Mary took over and I saw the the facility crash. No activities, food was cooked then left in fridge for days and reserved after changing the dates, allowing residents to sit in chairs for hours no staff for overnight medicine was all messed up! So many left do to lack of control!! I would never put a love one in that place!! The place is not cleaned, the owner is crazy and does not respect co-workers, or residents, Mary puts on a good front! !!

Master haven assisted living is one of the best assisted living in caroll county. Its a home away from home. They are taking good care of my auntie . The staff members are the best professional minds you can find in the business. My auntie has always been smiling and happy since been there. Thanks Ms Mary.
