My mother has stayed at the Severna Park location for 8 months now, I was a little nervous at first having my mother move out of my care. But my mother has nothing but great things to say about this facility. Her room is exceptionally clean and she love's the staff here, special shout out to Tracey. If you don't care about who you are putting in this place then it's perfect. But if you truley care about your loved ones keep looking. The so called health care workers seem to have plenty of time for their phones but damned if I would use any bathroom in the place. They do not bathe the residents regularly and their attitudes towards the residents and families are horrible. Try bringing your concerns up and see what you get, pretty much nothing. If you go for a tour and see a big calender full of all kinds of events and recreation for the residents, DO NOT believe a word of it! Those poor people are lucky if they get to do anything once a week. The tv is their recreation, and not by choice, it's whst the employees want to watch. KEEP LOOKING IF YOU CARE AT ALL!

simply called to get a 'ball park' figure where rates are concerned. I was told that they could not provide me with even a hint of pricing because 'we have to have our marketers contact you', which translates to me that they will need to see what our financial situation is so that they can make sure they get all they can out of us. Come on, all I was asking for was an estimate, not a contract! Lost a potential client because I will not even bother to call back!
