The apartment are very beautiful. Buliding kept very clean. Maintenance man, attends to repair orders very efficiently.They do Monthly Inspections of Your Apartments. Pet, are allowed. As far as use of Any of the Activity Rooms, You pay a Deposit of $75.00 to use them. Parking,is First come spaces only.As far as for the Tenant Association, Best advice, don't get involved.

I visited Cumberland Meadows Apartments 2 complete an application 4 residency & am now on their 'waiting list'. It's a nice apartment complex in a nice area & it's safe & secure, pristine & well kept 4 living.
