Lamplight Inn of Baltimore

When I took the tour, the Activity Director was very personable and engaging. She was very receptive to all of my questions and very informative of all the services they provided.In addition, I was at the 9th hour in finding a place for my mother. I then had the pleasure of meeting the Dir. Of Marketing Kelly Dukes who guided me through the process of obtaining the necessary documents I needed, and contacted my mother primary physician to ensure all documents were completed. But , most importantly, before my mother could even be considered as a resident, she needed a chest ex-rays which had expired one year ago. So Ms Dukes found a vendor who went to where my mother was currently residing with their equipment, took the ex-rays and made sure the report and notes were faxed within an hour. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!In conclusion, she was very compassionate about my concerns and feelings. She Never complained or seemed she was annoyed. But her sweet spirit and personification was evident that she has a heart of empathy.To date, my mother is very happy and says the entite staff starting with smiles from the front desk, Housekeeping, Dir of Dining, nurses, techs, maintenance and every staff member has made her feel like she is a Queen.I am grateful for Lamplight going beyond the call of duty to make us feel like family.Lastly, a special Thanks to the Executive Director Aaron Campbell who was very instrumental in making sure my mother had the best accomadations.
