Never dealt with worse management. I brought an echo show to talk to my grandfather and they confiscated it without notifying me.

When looking up memory care facilities that accept Medicaid, this one comes up. It does not accept Medicaid.

Great staff that love what they do. that's so important when trusting someone with your love one.

I wasnt allowed to visit my grandfather here today, and was escorted out of the building. The staff informed me that it was the directors decision. I was never told before today that I was unwelcome to visit on a Sunday afternoon. The reasons as to why I was unable to visit are unclear to me, and it is very upsetting to me that my grandfather didnt get a say in whether or not I could come to his room. I live over two hundred miles away and he is bedridden and on hospice. They robbed me of a visit with him like it was nothing.

Uncaring, corporate driven management. Would never place a loved one here. Send me a message and I will share my nightmare of dealing with the manager and this corporation.
