I came to visit my sweet grandmother since I havent been to her place in some years and in the past I have had a pleasant experience with the security/ guard at the front desk however this experience was sad to say a unprofessional one. She was very rude, she cut me off in the middle of speaking and shunned me away as if I was bothering her. *moving forward* At the end of my visit with my grandmother she was still aggressive when speaking and all I asked was did I need to sign out. I'm just disappointed on how unprofessional she was when engaging and for further experiences she should have a better attitude when greeting people being though WE the people/society are the ones who see the guard(s) first and they are supposed to be looked at as a reflection of their job.Thank you for your time.
