Do not send your loved ones to this nursery home!! This is the worst assisting facility ever. I had my grandmother at Hillhaven. She fell three times throughout the morning and that same day, she went to the ER and the staff at Hillhaven never mentioned a word about her fall to the hospital. The nurses never pick up the phones (bad customer service) you leave endless voicemails and they never return back calls, they misplace patients items, they lie at their convenience, not a single doctor tries to talk to you about the patients health and condition. If I would of listened to other bad reviews, I would of never brought my loved one here.

A close 80-year-old friend recovering from brain surgery has thrived at Hillhaven Rehabilitation and now Hillhaven Assisted Living. Care has been outstanding. Staff are skilled and caring, especially nurse Jennifer Watkins and nursing assistant Molly Da Silva. They have gotten his weight from a dangerous 92 lb. to 110 lb. so far. Even when passing him in the hall, everyone recognizes him, calls him respectfully by his last name, and shows interest in how he is doing. These people are wonderful, and I credit them with saving my friend's life.
