Evangeline Parish Head Start

I wake up every morning at 6 am..i know the bus passes between 7:20 and 7:30.. It was 7:45 and still no bus..i called to see what was going on and the person i talked to started asking me questions; she asked what happened, i said i went outside and i didn't see anybody or a bus so i came back in..then 5 min later i heard A horn then went outside and but still didn't see a bus; then she asked what time does the bus usually pass, and I TOLD HER between 7:20 and 7:30.. Now mind you my childs school won't accept him after 8.. So now i have 10 min to find someone to take him to school because my car is broken.. And not only that but she said she was going to look into it, and then i get a text telling me to listen for the bus, which i already told her i did, and to make sure I watch what time the bus passes everyday, after i already told her what time the bus passes when she asked me.. They basically sent me a text to tell me to do what i already told them i did smh.. Not only does my child have to miss school but i have to stop my business for the day to stay home.. Yall need to talk to your drivers abour stopping and waiting instead of passing through and horning once.. Especially at an apt complex... Next time they just pass through instead of waiting, i will be filing complaints!!!!!
