If I could give a zero or negative, I would. My mom was there for 2 weeks. In that time I witnessed horrors. One that stands out is a night that I hadn't left at 8, I heard the lady next door call for a nurse because she had to go to the bathroom. A nurse came after many calls and said she had to wait. After more time passes another nurse came and hollers at her, saying, 'she told you to wait' as the lady was saying she had to go to the bathroom, and left. I told mom what I heard and she said that they did that to her.?. I stayed with my mom as much as I was able till she left that horrible place. I also reported the incident to the charge nurse the next morning. My mother passed away a week after leaving there and I hate the fact that some of her last memories would be of that horrible horrible place.There was one good aide. So, they are not all bad but most were.
