Place was ok. new management took over, and became very aggressive. Not only are they during more than normal house inspections, but they also try to tell tenents what they can and can not have in there house. Place is quiet and affordable, only reason I gave them 3 stars.

The management is impossible to contact. Their maintenance is a 0. The apartments are nice and comfortable sized. If they make management changes it would be a better place.

Ive been referring, not recommending, people to this place for six years as a resource for low income senior housing. Yesterday I was passing by and thought I should stop to see if I could look around and check it out, to be a better resource to people. The place looks very nice on the outside. Ive stopped by during normal business hours three prior times and the doors were locked. I was very happy to see that there were two people there and hopefully I could get some information or take a look at one of the units. I told them that I have been referring people there for many years and that I just wanted to get some additional information. They told me that they had no availability and had no information to give me and that they were busy. No one thanked me for sending them business no one welcomed me to come back. They were both very rude and unwelcoming and I will not be sending people their way anymore. I can only imagine how they would treat someone else.
