I worked as an LPN at Valley View for a short period of time for another nurse that was on maternity leave. There were maybe 2 nurses that were very helpful. For the most part it was a cut throat place to work. There were a few employees that were always ready to throw you under the bus. It was very unorganized, chaotic and had a very negative atmosphere. Its a good place to work if you like this kind of drama. I was glad to leave this place and now working in a facility that is 110% better :)
