Rosewood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Horrible, short staffed nursing facility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO NO ONE. This place is always working with such short staff patients staying in this facility is not being able to be taken of adequately leaving those aides to halfway do their job. The nursing staff are forging vitals on patients and patients are becoming more sick or dieing as a result to the issue. THEY ADMINISTRATION STAFF AND NURSING STAFF DO NOT COMMUNICATE with family when something is going on. They either have attitude or they're hiding from concerned family members. I understand bonuses and labor play a huge part in shortages but this is unacceptable when patients in the nursing home are being neglected. Here are a some solutions that may help the staff at Rosewood. 1. Take pride into your job.2. Do not forget vitals on residents..Make sure everything you document is accurate.3. Communicate, communicate and communicate with each other. 4. Treat those patients like they were your family if you are the type to take care of them properly.5. Head of departments you need to educate your workers. (I heard a patient screaming because they had her flat trying to feed her). #Senseless6. Earn your money. Your job can be easier if you just routinely do it and communicate with the patient and staff!7. If you make a mistake own up to it and try making it right. 8. Leave Lazy at home. 9. Stop Gossiping so much. 10. Give your patient/residents 100%You never know who's watching.One thing good I can say about this place is that it looks presentable. Floors are always spotless but I can still smell the urine in the walls.

Rosewood has been around for a while, extremely professional staff who share the same passion for caring of loved ones. Always has a nice, fresh and clean smell! Everyone smiles and have welcoming attitudes! Definitely will recommend this place to whomever is in need! Continue the great work!!
