Rude, uncaring staff! Do not believe the other reviews; they were written by employees. I wanted to put my uncle here, but talked my aunt into hiring an in-home sitter instead. The facility is pretty, but the staff is snotty, uppity and act like they're better than everyone. If Barbara smiles, it would crack her face. Jennifer was abrupt with the people at the front desk and Marcy does not return phone calls. A resident fell down in the hallway. a staff member helped her up but then they were laughing about it and talking about the resident like a dog. VERY DISRESPECTFUL! This is how they 'take care of moms and dads.' Which, by the way is an ignorant way to answer the phone as my uncle never had children.....

I work in the Community Support Center for Inspired Living and had the pleasure to visit our community in Kenner. The residents and community associates were warm and welcoming, the community very well taken care of and so much activity happening throughout! Music, activities, socializing was a constant. The care the associates showed for our residents and community was evident each day. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in the door. Keep it up Kenner!

The staff at Inspired Living Kenner welcomed my mother back from a long hospital stay with such joy and caring! This was especially wonderful since she was disoriented and unsure. I value the caring staff and the comforting atmosphere!
