If I could rate this a 0/5 I would rate it a -8 it is messy,dirty,POOR CARE, Terrible food,LAZY WORKERS, TERRIBLE ADMINISTRATION STAFF...And they also steal and they barely take care of their residents and they have the nerve to accept pets! The wounds do not get taken care of properly...IF YOU TRULY LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FILTH PLACE

Do not the patients the rooms are anything that they use in the patient's rooms infection from boils runs rampant they leave the food feeding bottles off of the patients and they lay their without being fed and they get skinny the patients have one infection after another these people that are hired here do not give good care the place needs to be closed down I'm in the process of trying to find out who to report them to if you love the person you're putting in this home move them it needs to be closed down horrible horrible horrible horrible

I was very leary about bringing my young son with a brain injury to recover at this facility, but I was very impressed from the very beginning. He was there for almost 4 months and we visited several times a week. He arrived with a trache and respiratory was completely amazing! Very caring and attentive! The nurses were wonderful in every way! He never ever had a dirty diaper on when we arrived. The CNAs (some of them) went beyond their duties to make him comfortable with special pillows to help support his head. The only thing that I was disappointed about was therapy. Let's just say, they completely failed. But all in all, I would highly recommend this place for rest, care, healing and recovery!
