Magnolia Assisted Living

I worked here for a year +. The first couple of months the job was good. I caught on to some red flags but nothing to serious. The residents werent very nice all the time. They took advantage of the services we provided to them and the head director Tammy D. allowed it. Also a housekeeper name Alima was basically our manger she would tell on everything a caregiver would do wrong. Like forgetting to put a trash bag in a trash can and we would get fussed at by Tammy D. And written up. Alima the housekeeper/manager would be in Tammy D. office the first 30 minutes of her shift basically being nasty or messy towards caregivers. As a caregiver you get 0 acknowledgement for doing your Job. Ive witnessed the mess in that place for so long from the kitchen people to the housekeepers and the managers. This place is not friendly at all. Dont believe the picture they try to paint to you. They are also very unorganized and dont do things accordingly but they are very good at making it look like they are. One girl who basically got bullied by Tammy D. then fired witnessed the mess. Tammy D. ended up calling her phone speaking in a very aggressive tone as she normally would and forgot to hang up the phone. The girl along with a lot of other caregivers heard the voicemail. She was basically bashing her and laughing at it with the kitchen manager. Also Tammy D has a record for abusing a resident. My sister ended up quitting this place to and she worked there for a year or two. It emotionally stressed her out and did the same to me. DO NOT WORK HERE OR SEND YOUR PARENTS HERE. DONT BELIEVE THE PICTURE THEY TRY TO PAINT.
