If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Mistreatment, endangerment, and neglect to the point of elderly abuse is the pitiful representation of 'care' this facility has given. The willful deprivation and failure to provide essential human care, abandon the prescribed treatment plan, and neglect to report health changes of an infirm family member by the staff continued even after family intervention and meetings with supervisors. I am not sure the Quirk family truly knows what goes on behind the doors of their facility; still, it is shameful to mistreat our Louisiana elderly and infirm patients in the manner our family member has received.

This star is over riding the quality of this nursing home. I am kin total shock of what I experienced as a visited this PM. I am calling the administrator in the am this is scary.

Called to speak with staff, they were extremely helpful. They offered lots of information, were patient and even over the phone you felt comfortable talking to them about you loved one.
