June and her team are so loving and take such great care of my momma. I could not ask for more. Truly.

My mother-in-law has been in this facility for five years. She is 96 and had her share of medical issues during this time. All of the staff has been so great to her and helped her with her daily needs! This has become her 'new' home and her 'new' family. I can only thank the good Lord that she has such great care. I would recommend bringing your loved one here!

I was extremely disappointed with the respite care and facilities here. They were simply not prepared to care for my sister. There was supposed to be a nurse available for wound care, she was never available for me to show her how the dressing should be done. I removed my sister a day early, so the nurse didn't even complete the job, but she sure cashed the check. The chair in my sister's room had to be replaced, there was no dresser (the very nice maintenance gentlemen found one for her), and the television stopped working the second day she was there. I took her out a day early. I never did see or speak to an administrator, it was Saturday afternoon and I have not even received a phone call. Of course, there would be no refund for the day not used. I'm sure there was something about that in the 31 page contract. For $175 a day plus $20 a day for the nurse, I was really disappointed. The building and room are very dated. The staff seemed nice.UPDATE: The administrator called me a couple of days after I posted this review wanting to know if there was anything she could do to make this right. I told her I would appreciate a refund for the day and night that my sister was not there. She said it may take a couple of weeks but she would be happy to do that. Well, it is 2 1/2 months later and guess what? No refund yet.

The staff truly care for my grandmother. She likes to complain but the staff is always willing to fix everything. Their new kitchen staff is really good and they really are trying to make the people happy.
