No training at all. The pay is not worth all the work you do. Fast food workers make more ,they will hire anyone. Almost all clients are in pull up or diapers and have stage 4to6 Alzheimers sorry 8 dollars hr is not enough their employees deserve more.

Do not do what they say. Promise professional people but hire who they can. No customer service. Bad billing. Cannot depends for backup help. Do not hire Home Instead.
