All positive experiences for me and everyone Ive recommended! Weve had great help and when we have an issue they resolve it. Going on two years with them now and I know they have a lot of clients but I still feel that Im a priority.

The home care employees were all very helpful and kind to our grandmother, and we were very pleased with the service. Unfortunately, after having settled our account, Black Pearl is not refunding our $6000+ deposit. We've been working on getting the refund for almost a month now, and they still can't even send us a real refund receipt. So despite the good service, I can't rate them well while they're holding so much of my money. I'll update the review if/when we get our deposit back.Edit: We did eventually get our deposit back after the initial check they wrote for it bounced. So I've updated the rating from 2 to 3 stars.
