Had an appointment to tour the place with my parents. I had informed them when I made the appointment we would need two wheelchairs for them. When we arrived, the receptionist knew nothing about the appointment and said they had one wheelchair up front. When I said I needed two or it was a mute point, she then said she could get another, which she did, as well as notify the person who was supposed to do the tour. Then both of them stood there as I took the wheelchairs out one at a time to unload my parents, and never offered to help. When I called them in it, they acted astonished that I could have needed help. I almost left then, but proceeded to park the car and come back in. As we started to walk away from the entrance I saw the host and the receptionist exchange a smirk, so I stopped things right there and left.I wouldn't trust my parents in this place. Their entire attitude shows they really don't care, and they don't get it even when called out for not caring. If I ran this place I'd fire both people I interacted with today. And I certainly won't trust a facility that employs this type of person to 'care' my parents.UPDATE: The response below shows they are in denial, at best, or just straight up liars. No video COULD show their staff helping bring my parents in when I arrived, and there was certainly no offer to do so. And the smirk/sneer from the staff was very real. No misunderstanding. No mistake. No 'perception.' It was straight up attitude after what is some combination of negligence, indifference, or incompetence. DON'T TRUST YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE.

Went over there today because I had an interview to work in the dining room. I went there early because of the bus schedule I sat there for the whole hour waiting to see someone that I never got to see. I was there for 15 minutes before anybody even acknowledge my existence. I really don't think that the receptionist even spoke to anybody to let them know that I was there. After being treated like I was treated today and sitting there for over an hour, I wouldn't work there if they paid me $100 an hour. Sad thing is I have experience here in Kentucky doing what they wanted to hire me for. But they'll never know.

This place and the staff are a god sent! My mom is a special case and had a very hard time (like really hard time) adjusting as she is much younger than the other residents in the memory care. She had many bad days with outburst that I am sure most places would not have tolerated, but the staff handled them beautifully. They have gone above an beyond for my mother and no amount of thanks would be enough for what they have done. Every experience I have had there has been wonderful and we will have been with provision living for 7 months. They have lots of activities and really tailor their care for your family member. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Carla is wonderful and has become basically part of the family to us, but really all of the staff there are so caring and welcoming. Wonderful location, central to everything! Beautiful facility with so many amenities! It is worth every penny! I have never left a review on google before but I had to make sure everyone knows how special of a place this is because the decision to use a personal care facility is not a light decision. I hope this review helps someone make the next right step.

I am just going to say, Amazingly beautiful and if every place was like this one then the world would be a better place.

Overall horrible experience. Misled by senior staff allegedly there to act as family liaison for support, etc. - however, don't be fooled. Their main goal is in securing occupancy and 'selling' their services - make sure you read all the paperwork fully. If your elderly family member no longer is profitable (not referring to ability to fully pay as my family did) or requires more work, rest assured your family member will be involuntary discharged.
