I rented the building for a birthday party for $100. After the party we cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, the main room. We even mopped every room. A month later I still didnt receive my $25.00 deposit back so I called and they woman said that we left the place a complete mess and after I told her we cleaned everything and even mopped she got very rude and starting yelling at me. Will never rent again.

Had a family reunion there. Had plenty of tables and chairs. Clean and restroom well stocked. Has an kitchen area with sink,oven,freg.
