I walked in and it smelled so clean! Everyone was so nice and professional. The staff looked like they were tending to everyones needs and giving top notch csring, loving service. I had only visited for about an hour. It seems like a very nice place.

This is the worst rehab center that Ive ever seen in my life. Dirty, unfriendly staff, nurses are just down right mean, no one gives a flip, and while trying to help the patients- they dont care if they hurt the patients or not. Totally understaffed and unprofessional, from the top - down. PLEASE dont take your loved one there. If you love your family, youll steer clear of this place.

My wife is in there and the staff is not very friendly, never get her pain meds when needed, never get a bedpan when needed, seldom gets what she ordered for meals,,, she's there for physical therapy and Rehab,, never go back again

This is my 2nd time having to have rehab. I'm from Tennessee. I love everyone here. The nurses and techs (CNAs) have gone above and beyond with taking care of my needs. I want them to all know that I truly appreciate them and I want to thank them for making me feel important. Thank you to all the nurses (too many to name sorry) and tech (Liz, Heather, Aaliyah, and if I didn't mention you I apologize. It's just too many to name) but Thank you so much.
