The care provided to the residents is exceptional. However, management is not. If youre looking for a dating site, employment here will take the hassle out of finding a partner. Why search for fish in the sea when there is a pool of staff to choose from?Perhaps upper management should focus more on residents rather than casual hook ups with employees. Overall, residents appear to be happy and well cared for. Management is poor and libido driven.

I work for this company and I can't speak for everyone else but for myself I wouldn't want to work for another company ever again. I deal with administration, supervisors , staff and individuals. Everyone currently working for the company has passion for their job and truly wants what is best for our individuals to succeed in life and empower them to live the best life they can live. There are so many companies out there and i have worked for more than one and again I wouldn't want to work for another because each person genuinely cares about all of our individuals. I hope to retire working with guided living and I would honestly want to work with all administrative staff currently because they care. Say what you will, but people's personal lives has absolutely nothing to do with how our company works in a whole. At the end of a day it's about our individuals. That's WHAT truly matters!!

My interactions with staff have almost always been pleasant. I can see that most of them are trying their best, Im just happy that my family member is being better taken care of then the previous agency they were living with. From what I understand this company hasnt been open very long but I think it has a lot of potential!

I find that staff often creates battles with clients. I dont think that behavior is appropriate when dealing with DD individuals. This company is still new so it could use improvements. Turn over rate is very high. A lot of staff engaging in personal relationships at work. If you can look over that and give them a chance, they do care for clients well.
