I have had my parents placed there for 9 months now. The administrator is so kind and welcoming. She has been easy to work with and had great communication. The nursing staff is very knowledgeable and have my parent's best interest in mind. The CNA's have treated my parents like they are family. I trust in all of the staff to take wonderful care of my parents. Because they are not owned by a large corporation managing any problems that arise is much simpler than the last home we had them placed in. I would highly recommend Wellsprings to anyone else looking for a placement for aging loved ones.

It was a great place. But the turn around rate is horrible. And some of the staff act like they are just there for a paycheck. And the worst thing is that if you are not buddy buddy with certain people then you just dont matter. And the way that some of the patients are treated isnt the best. Personally I feel like it is all about profit and numbers. I will not put my loved one there again.

The administration and nursing staff are extremely incompetent. One of the worst places in Kansas! I feel sorry for all of the residents that live there.

Highly disreputable, unethical and incompetent facility. Privacy breaches are among the innumerable major HIPAA violations which are commonplace at this subpar establishment.
