I have seen a lot of assistant living places I have also worked in a lot of them as well. At Oakley place the staff is very nice and respectful, they do there job and more the way they carry themselves is great. The residence are well taking care of very clean. All there needs are meet. The place doesn't look like assistant living it looks like a home it doesn't smell at all it's very clean. And the environment is very positive I have never worked for a place that doesn't have drama or the staff talking about each other etc but working here at Oakley place I have came to see that you can work in a positive healthy environment with staff members that speak highly of each other and help each other to improve better ways of doing their job then what they are used to. They want to help you succeed in life instead of failing life I would recommend Oakley place to anyone.
